I woke up in the morning thinking it was going to be a great day. Things at first couldn't seem any better. It was a warm sunny Friday morning and I had the whole weekend off of work. There was a party going on at night so i was looking forward to get through the long day of school.
Before school i went to pick up one of my friends. We were pretty early so we decided to cruise around before classes. I took a left on a random street that i have never seen. I didn't think anything of it so i kept moving on not paying much attention to the road.
Well it turned out that road ended up being a dead end. The road was slanted up hill then at the last moment it dropped down hill so you wouldn't be able to see that the road was ending. I was going about 55 MPH then i just slammed into a tree. I looked up and remember seeing airbag dust everywhere, along with the front of my car demolished.
My friend and i were just bruised up a bit but no serious injuries. We called our parents and the cops to explain what happened. It was the only car accident that i have been in while driving. The weekend ended up sucking because i then had no car because mine was totaled

Right after reading your blog, I went to Stephanie's blog and she talked about getting into a car accident on Thursday. Very weird, but I'm glad both of you are okay!
